Visa support
Both Marriott and Spbvergaz hotels can issue papers required in order to obtain Russian visa.
Marriott visa support
Marriott provides necessary document free of charge if you stay with them, but will charge you 3000 rubles (~62€) if you will cancel you stay after getting documents.

On arrival you will need to register at the hotel, Marriott will charge 4€ for that.
Spbvergaz visa support
If you have booked your stay at Spbvergaz hotel and need document for a visa, you have to contact them via e-mail: They will ask you for details of your stay and you will have to pay 750 rubles (~15.5€) for each set of documents. Registration on arrival is free.
Minihotels and hostels
If you do not need a visa (or get it via your local tourist agency) and look for cheaper options to stay, there are plenty of hostels and B&B in the convention area. They can be found on booking.com and we will be adding more information on them later.
